The Lewis Dot structure for XeF4 is
Not all Noble Gases are inert!  Xenon has been known to form many compounds.  In this molecule with fluorine, the xenon atom makes four bonds and has two sets of lone pairs (This gives a total of six electron domains.)  This configuration of electron domains leads to a square planar geometry.
